Sydney has the strictest building access culture of any Australian capital. Dock bookings often need to be made days ahead, many towers restrict deliveries to specific windows or after hours, and goods lift allocation is frequently managed by a third-party facilities company rather than the tenant. None of that is a problem, but it is a reason to tell us the address early rather than the week before.
Delivery is free from our Gold Coast warehouse and in-stock pods are typically on a Sydney floor within days.
Getting a pod into a Sydney building
What actually goes wrongThree things reliably catch people out in Sydney buildings. Goods lift dimensions in older CBD towers, where the packed pallet length of 2310 to 2650 mm is the limiting measurement. After-hours-only delivery windows, which are common in the CBD and need coordinating rather than discovering. And floor protection requirements, where building management specifies what can and cannot be run across a lobby floor.
North Sydney and Macquarie Park are generally easier — newer stock, better docks, more predictable lift access. Parramatta and the western commercial corridor vary widely by building age.
We deal with all of this directly with building management. Give us the address and the floor and we will handle the paperwork side.

Installation runs from $995 ex GST for a one-person booth to $1,795 for a six-person pod, covering delivery to your floor rather than the dock, assembly, connection and testing before we leave.

Net assembled weights range from 290 kg for Solo to 852 kg for Max. Packed weights include packaging and are listed separately. Ask your building manager or structural engineer to assess the pod, furniture and occupant loads and support locations against site-specific floor capacity.
