  • A FocusPod is a fully enclosed, acoustically-treated indoor pod built for open plan offices, coworking spaces, and home setups. Designed for everything from solo focus calls through to four-to-six person meetings — without the disruption of building a permanent meeting room.

  • Every pod ships with LED lighting, motion-activated ventilation, fully sealed acoustic panels, dual power and USB outlets, and a soft-close magnetic door. Air conditioning, PDLC smart glass, and integrated furniture are available as add-ons depending on the model.

  • FocusPods reduce external noise by up to 30dB. Multi-layer acoustic panels, fully sealed door frames, and dense internal insulation cut conversation, keyboard noise, and office ambience down to a level where you can take a video call without raising your voice — or being overheard.

  • Yes — Australia-wide. Pods ship flat-packed on a pallet and can be assembled by two people in under four hours with basic tools. No electrician, no trades, no council approval required.

    Prefer to be hands-off? Our team can handle full professional installation including delivery, assembly, electrical connection, and testing — typically completed in a single morning.

  • Every standard model is held in stock locally at our Gold Coast warehouse. Most orders dispatch within days — not the six-month wait you'll see from imported brands. Order early in the week and your pod is usually on the road before the weekend.

  • Yes. Every FocusPod is modular by design — disassemble, transport, and reassemble at the new site. Plugs into any standard 240V GPO at the new location. Ideal for growing teams, fit-out changes, or end-of-lease moves.

  • 10-year structural warranty on the pod frame, panels, and core build. 12-month warranty on electrical components, lighting, and ventilation. Extended electrical coverage is available on request.

  • Powder-coated steel frame, engineered timber panels, dense acoustic insulation, and toughened glass. Low-emission internal finishes throughout — safe for daily indoor use in offices, schools, and shared environments.

  • Yes. Standard add-ons include integrated furniture, whiteboards, extra power, lighting upgrades, air conditioning, and PDLC smart glass. Custom finishes, colours, and branded vinyl wraps are available on request — particularly popular for event hires and showroom pods.

  • Yes. Pods are available for short-term hire — perfect for trade shows, conferences, sponsorship activations, or temporary offices. Longer fixed-term agreements with direct debit are also available for ongoing workplace use.
