Brisbane is the closest capital to our Gold Coast warehouse, roughly an hour's drive, so in-stock pods often arrive faster here than anywhere else in the country. Pods start at $7,595 ex GST with free delivery, install in a single morning, and need no council approval or electrician.
Delivering to Brisbane
From our Gold Coast warehouseBrisbane is our home region in practical terms. The warehouse is at Molendinar on the Gold Coast, about an hour from the Brisbane CBD, which means a stocked pod can often be on a Brisbane floor the next business day rather than the next week.
It also means our own installation team is genuinely local rather than flown in. If something needs adjusting after install, we can be back the same week without it becoming a project.
You are also welcome at the Molendinar showroom, which is a straightforward drive from Brisbane and has the whole range set up. Most Brisbane buyers who come down end up choosing a different model than the one they arrived thinking they wanted.
Getting a pod into a Brisbane building
What actually goes wrongBrisbane's commercial stock is generally newer and more accommodating than Sydney or Melbourne. CBD towers along Eagle Street and Queen Street have reasonable goods lifts and less restrictive dock booking than their southern equivalents.
Fortitude Valley, Newstead and South Brisbane are where most of the creative and tech tenancies sit, and those are frequently warehouse conversions — good floor plates, high ceilings, occasionally no lift. Ground floor is easy; upper floors without a lift depend on the stairwell.
The one Brisbane-specific thing worth flagging is heat. Pods positioned against west-facing glazing in a Brisbane summer get warm, and the standard ventilation is designed for air quality rather than cooling. If that describes your spot, the air conditioning add-on is worth considering rather than discovering in January.

Internal lift dimensions, the narrowest point between the dock and the destination, and ceiling height at the spot. Packed pallets are 1270 mm tall and between 2310 and 2650 mm long — that length is what fails a lift. Send photos and we will confirm access before you pay for anything.
