Speech reduction
Standard models have laboratory-tested speech reduction of 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1. The sound you hear outside also depends on voices and the surrounding room.

Adjustable ventilation, dimmable lighting and power are built in. Ventilation moves air; cooling is a separate option to review for the model and room.

A five-year structural and electrical warranty covers your pod. Acoustic reports and Australian electrical/safety certificates are available by request.

1. Choose the pod
Displayed starting prices are in AUD excluding GST. White exterior with Grey interior is the stock option; other colours and configurations are made to order.
2. Choose the furniture
Add the model’s furniture package or use your own. Compare the chair, desk or meeting layout with the actual interior before choosing.
3. Plan installation
Self-assemble with the supplied tools or add professional installation. Confirm internal handling and any unusual access separately.
Delivery / Gold Coast
Plan the journey to your Gold Coast workplace.
Dispatch & arrival
In-stock White/Grey pods can dispatch the same business day for orders before 2pm AEST, subject to availability. Made-to-order options take about four weeks. Confirm the estimated arrival window for your postcode and project date.
Delivery scope
Free delivery is to the unloading point. Moving components inside, stairs, lifts and final positioning need to be agreed separately for your site.
Assembly
All self-assembly tools are included. Allow 4–6 hours, depending on the model. Professional installation is optional and priced per pod. Standard professional installation covers agreed positioning, assembly and rubbish removal; stairs, crane lifts and electrical work are separate.
Bring your floor plan and measurements to the showroom. A nearby address still needs an agreed unloading point and a route for moving components to the final position; delivery and internal handling are separate parts of the job.

Is this a complete building or an indoor pod?
FocusPod is an indoor acoustic enclosure assembled inside an existing space. It provides a separate area for calls or meetings, with lighting, ventilation and power. Check the proposed location with your building manager or landlord; building and fire requirements depend on the installation.
Which size should I start with?
Start with the work and the number of people using the pod at the same time. Solo is compact for calls; Solo Plus has more room for desk work. Duo and Team offer different two-person layouts; Meet and Max suit group meetings. Compare the layouts
Are the furniture and installation included in the starting price?
No. The displayed starting price is for the pod. Furniture and professional installation are separate options, with their prices shown on the product page and in the price calculator. See the complete setup cost
Can I choose a different colour?
Yes. White exterior with Grey interior is the stock option. Explore other finishes in the 3D configurator; made-to-order options take about four weeks. Confirm the specification and timing for your selected options.
Can I put a pod in a garage or warehouse?
The warranty applies to pods in offices, homes, garages and warehouses, with normal installation, use and care requirements. Check the indoor environment, ventilation, temperature, dust, power and floor loading for the proposed position. Plan the location
Can you confirm delivery to my Gold Coast address?
Send your postcode, model shortlist, required date and access details. Include floor plans or photos, the building level, lift dimensions and any steps or restricted routes. The team can then confirm delivery timing and the agreed handling and installation scope. Discuss my project
