Is delivery included?

Yes. delivery to the unloading point is free anywhere in Australia, with unloading included.

Do I need an electrician or a builder?

No. Every pod is free-standing and plugs into a standard 240V power point. Check your ceiling height (pods are about 2.3 m tall) and sprinkler coverage with your building manager. Whether building or council approval applies depends on the building, the tenancy and the state, so ask the building owner, manager or certifier to confirm. How quickly can I have one?

In White with a Grey interior, every model is in stock and dispatched the same day when ordered before 2pm on a working day. Other colours, layouts and upgrades are made to order in about four weeks.

Before ordering

Free delivery Australia-wide is to the unloading point. Internal movement, stairs, lifts and final positioning need to be agreed separately for your site.

All self-assembly tools are included. Allow 4–6 hours, depending on the model. Professional installation is optional and priced per pod.

Solo has a 942 × 960 mm internal floor for compact individual calls. Solo Plus provides 1462 × 1335 mm internally for a larger desk setup. Check your equipment, chair movement and session length in the selected furniture layout.

The Solo’s laboratory speech-reduction result is 30.5 dB under ISO 23351-1. That supports product comparison; actual privacy depends on the room, speaker and listener positions, background noise and assembled configuration. Try the pod at the nearest occupied desk before relying on it for confidential calls.
