Planning your pod / Australia
Check the space before ordering
Measure the final position and the delivery route as two separate tasks.
At the final position
Along the access route
Compare the footprints
The diagrams summarise dimensions only. Use model-specific drawings to confirm installation clearances.
Start with the way you will work
Put the intended furniture, screen and equipment on the plan. A pod footprint does not show how much room remains around a chair or table. Compare the usable interior and door operation before settling on a model.
Check the building as well as the pod
Ask the building manager or relevant adviser about floor loading, fire services, ventilation and approvals. Use net pod weight plus occupants, furniture and equipment. Shipping weight is for handling and freight; it is not the installed weight.
Create one record for the project
Keep the selected model, finishes, furniture, room measurements, access photos and agreed delivery and installation scope together. If you change the pod or its position, update that record before ordering.
Drawings and documents
Request the plan, elevation, door clearance and packing details for your chosen model and options. Acoustic reports and Australian electrical/safety certificates are available by request.
Send your plan or photos
Email your model shortlist, postcode, floor plan and access photos to info@focuspod.com.au. Include your building level, lift and door dimensions, ceiling height and preferred timing. If you already have an enquiry, include the same name or order reference.
