Every price is published on this site, so you can build a business case before you speak to anyone. When you need a formal quote for an RFQ or a purchase order, we itemise the pod, furniture, installation and delivery. Focus Pods Australia Pty Ltd is an Australian company (ABN 73 690 612 590) based on the Gold Coast.
On request we supply the independent ISO 23351-1:2020 acoustic reports (Class A), fire test reports for the wall panel and linings, dimension sheets and warranty terms, and complete vendor registration with your organisation.

Every pod is in stock in White with a Grey interior and dispatched the same day when ordered before 2pm on a working day. Other colours and layouts are made to order in about four weeks.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your order summary, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

What is included as standard
Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.
There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on your order.

Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. Choose pay by purchase order at checkout, or send us your purchase order and we invoice you.
Does a pod need building approval?
Pods are free-standing furniture that plug into a standard 240V outlet, so they generally need no building works. Check any landlord or building requirements for your site.
How quickly can I have one?
