Prices are in AUD, excluding GST. Furniture and installation are additional to the pod price; selected upgrades may also add to the total. Check your chosen configuration before ordering.

Check the layout as well as the seat count

Mark the external footprint, door opening and circulation space on your floor plan. Check the furniture layout for the meetings you hold, including screen position for video calls. Measure ceiling clearance and the delivery route before choosing a model.

Questions

Is delivery included?

Yes. delivery to the unloading point is free anywhere in Australia, with unloading included.

Do I need an electrician or a builder?

No. Every pod is free-standing and plugs into a standard 240V power point. Check your ceiling height (pods are about 2.3 m tall) and sprinkler coverage with your building manager. Whether building or council approval applies depends on the building, the tenancy and the state, so ask the building owner, manager or certifier to confirm. Our building approval guide explains what to check.

How quickly can I have one?

In White with a Grey interior, every model is in stock and dispatched the same day when ordered before 2pm on a working day. Other colours, layouts and upgrades are made to order in about four weeks.

Before ordering

Free delivery Australia-wide is to the unloading point. Internal movement, stairs, lifts and final positioning need to be agreed separately for your site.

All self-assembly tools are included. Allow 4–6 hours, depending on the model. Professional installation is optional and priced per pod.
