Why the price varies between suppliers

What actually drives it

Two pods that look identical in photographs can be several thousand dollars apart. The difference is usually in four places, and none of them are visible in a showroom.

Panel density. Easy to cut to hit a price point, invisible until the pod is next to a sales floor.

Ventilation capacity. A smaller fan and no ducting through the structure is cheaper to build and produces a pod nobody uses twice.

Glazing specification. Laminated with an acoustic interlayer costs more than a single toughened pane and performs differently.

Where the support is. Parts held in Australia versus shipped from overseas is not a product cost, it is a service cost, and it is the one you notice three years in.

Buying more than one

Multi-unit pricing

Discounts apply from the second pod and improve with quantity. We apply them automatically on quotes rather than waiting to be asked, which is not universal in this category. If you are considering three or more, tell us the number and it will be in the first quote rather than the third.

What customers say

Named, with permission
Solo · Sydney

★★★★★

“We added a FocusPod Solo because private phone calls were becoming difficult in our open-plan office. It gets used constantly for client calls, Zoom meetings and focused work. It looks professional, takes up very little space and has freed up our meeting rooms for larger groups.”

Emily Carter
Harbour Lane Finance

Solo · Brisbane

★★★★★

“We originally purchased one FocusPod Solo to see how much use it would get. Within the first week, staff were booking it throughout the day. It has given everyone a quiet place to take calls without interrupting the rest of the office.”

Daniel Brooks
Westbridge Property Group

Solo · Gold Coast

★★★★★

“The Solo has been a great addition to our studio. We have a collaborative workspace, which is excellent most of the time, but it can be difficult when someone needs privacy or complete concentration. The pod solves that problem without taking over the room.”

Common questions

How much does an office pod cost in Australia?

Between $7,595 and $14,995 ex GST for the pod itself, with free delivery Australia-wide. A one-person call booth is $7,595, a two-person pod $10,695, a four-person meeting pod $12,995 and a six-person room $14,995. Installation adds $995 to $1,795 and furniture starts at $449, all ex GST.

How much is a phone booth for an office?

A one-person office phone booth is $7,595 ex GST delivered. A larger single-person booth with room for dual monitors is $10,595 ex GST. Both include free delivery anywhere in Australia.

What does a meeting pod cost?

$10,695 ex GST for two people, $11,695 for the narrow two-person Team, $12,995 for a four-person Meet and $14,995 for a six-person Max. All delivered free.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes, to any Australian address, with no metro, regional or Western Australia surcharge. It is in the published number rather than added at checkout.

What is the cheapest office pod?

Our entry model is $7,595 ex GST delivered. Cheaper pods exist, and it is worth knowing what gets cut to reach a lower price: panel density, ventilation capacity, glazing specification and Australian electrical compliance are the usual places.

Do you offer discounts for multiple pods?

Yes, from the second pod, improving with quantity. We apply it automatically on quotes rather than holding it back to be asked for.

What is the total cost including installation and furniture?

A fully installed and furnished one-person booth is about $9,039 ex GST. A four-person meeting pod installed and furnished is about $16,490 ex GST. Both include delivery.

Why do so few suppliers publish office pod prices?

Because quoting on request makes comparison harder and creates a sales conversation. It is a commercial choice rather than a technical necessity — nothing about the product prevents publishing a price.

See the full range, compare every model, or the buyers guide for how to compare a quote from anyone else. Hiring instead? Pod hire.

Want it itemised for approval?

We quote pod, delivery, installation and furniture as separate lines, which is usually what finance wants before signing anything off.
