Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your order summary, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

What changes the price
Comparing a pod with a built room? Use the pod and fitout cost comparison to review the scope behind each total.
Four things. The model and its footprint. Furniture: take the pod on its own, add the furniture shown in the photos, or choose another layout. Optional extras such as switchable privacy glass, air conditioning, a glass whiteboard or an access control panel. And installation, if you would like us to assemble the pod in place.
Delivery to the agreed unloading point is free Australia-wide. Internal handling and non-standard access are agreed separately. If the site is remote or has restricted access, tell us before ordering and we will plan the delivery with you.
Questions about price
Do the prices include GST?
Prices are shown excluding GST. GST is added at checkout before you pay.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery to the unloading point is free Australia-wide. Internal handling and special access are agreed separately before delivery.
Do I have to take installation?
No. You can self-assemble a pod with the tools supplied. Installation is there for the projects where you would rather not, or where building access needs planning.
Do other colours cost more?
No. Every exterior colour and interior tone is included, including your own. White with a Grey interior is in stock; other colours are made to order on an indicative 4–6 week schedule, with production and transport timing confirmed in your quote.
Can I order more than one pod?
Yes. Add as many pods as you need and check out once. For a larger project across several floors or sites, request a quote and we will plan delivery and installation together.
