Ventilation and comfort inside a pod
Ventilation exchanges air with the surrounding room. Temperature, occupancy and session length still matter.

These are published factory maximum figures for the standard system, not a measured flow at every setting in your room. Ask which operating condition the specification describes. A volume-based air-change estimate is not a guarantee of temperature, CO₂ concentration or comfort.
Choose a setting for real use
Test the intended number of occupants with normal equipment for a representative session. Warm surrounding air and laptops add to the cooling requirement. Keep grilles clear and follow the control instructions; do not turn ventilation off to make a call quieter.
Will I hear the fans?
Fan sound changes with the setting and the room. We do not publish a verified operating noise figure here. Listen with the door closed at the setting you plan to use, then make a test call or recording with your actual microphone. A recording booth requires a different assessment from a speech-privacy pod.
When to consider cooling
Standard ventilation draws air from the surrounding room; it does not refrigerate that air. Optional air conditioning changes the equipment arrangement:

The listed $2,495 ex GST is for the cooling unit. Fitting, electrical connections, heat discharge and condensate arrangements are quoted separately. Equipment height is not the same as complete installation or service clearance; approve the full layout for the selected unit.
Care and a change in airflow
Check accessible grilles during the monthly care check, more often in dusty settings. Record the model, setting and symptoms if airflow changes. Internal service and optional cooling maintenance follow the supplied instructions.
