Choose the right office pod

Start with the work people need to do, then check the layout, the site and the complete cost.

Capacity describes a particular furnished layout. For wheelchair access, begin with the Meet accessibility review.

Make a shortlist you can test

Use the model comparison to compare footprints, then try your task in the proposed furniture layout. Bring a laptop and, for calls, the headset or microphone you use. Check speech privacy from outside as well as comfort inside.

Check the building before paying

  • Measure the final position, door swing, circulation and overhead space. The shell dimensions do not include assembly, ventilation or service clearance.
  • Record the unloading area, narrowest doorway, corridor turns, lift door and cabin dimensions, lift capacity and any stairs.
  • Have facilities review the assembled pod, furniture and occupant loads at the exact location. Packed weight is a separate transport requirement.
  • Get the selected model’s packing and assembly instructions checked against the route. Any unpacking or component handling needs an agreed method.
  • Confirm power, fire-system requirements, building permission and any cooling equipment before ordering.

Build a complete budget

Use the current named furniture package and installation price, then add any site-specific work and GST. Different layouts are different quotes; a lower furniture figure may describe a different package.

See current model and furniture prices or compare your full pod and fitout budgets.

Confirm timing and approval

Stock availability, dispatch and arrival are different milestones. We confirm stock and payment status first, then dispatch arrangements and the delivery estimate for your postcode. Do not book an installer or lift against a dispatch date alone.

White with a Grey interior is the stocked finish, subject to availability. Allow an indicative 4–6 weeks for made-to-order configurations; the quote confirms the production and transport schedule. Options and site access can change timing. Ask for written confirmation before committing to a move-in date.

Keep the approved configuration, site plan, cost summary and delivery responsibilities together. The ordering guide explains the steps from quote to handover.
