Before you add it
Start with the air around the pod.
A pod with standard ventilation draws in air from its surroundings. Standard ventilation keeps air moving through the room, but it cannot lower the incoming air temperature.
That makes cooling worth discussing for an uncooled warehouse, a position in direct sun, or a room occupied for long sessions. Tell us how many people will use it and for how long.
In an already air-conditioned office, with the pod away from direct sun and used for short calls, standard ventilation may be enough.

The listed price is for the air-conditioning unit, excluding GST. It is an addition to the pod price. Get fitting, connections and any site work itemised before you order.

Make room for the whole installation
Four details to confirm before ordering.
These photos show the pod interior and its warehouse setting. Your installation also needs a plan for the cooling equipment and its connections.
Equipment position & clearance
Confirm where the cooling equipment sits, how heat is discharged and what service clearance is needed. Include the space above and around the pod in your layout.
Electrical supply
Ask for the requirements of both the pod and the selected cooling unit. Confirm the available supply at your proposed position and whether an electrician needs to do any site work.
Condensate handling
Check how the selected unit handles condensate and whether a drain or other connection is required. Settle the route before the pod is positioned.
Warehouse use & access
Share the location, available height and delivery access, plus any nearby vehicle routes or dusty work areas. Include how many people will use the pod and the length of a typical session.
Two questions to settle early.
Can I add air conditioning to a pod I already own?
Send us the model and photos of the pod and its location. Retrofit suitability, the work involved and the price depend on the existing configuration; confirm these before ordering a unit.
Is air conditioning only available on Meet and Max?
Cooling is optional. On Solo, Solo Plus, Duo and Team, the cooling unit replaces the standard ventilation unit. On Meet and Max it operates alongside standard ventilation. Allow an additional 350 mm above the pod and confirm the complete configuration before ordering.
