Build comparable budgets
- Use equal practical seating and furniture.
- Include delivery, internal handling, assembly or construction labour.
- Include power, lighting, ventilation/cooling and AV equipment.
- Include approvals, access restrictions and any future reinstatement assumptions.
- Compare both figures excluding GST first, then the payable totals including GST.
