Dispatch is not the arrival date

White pods with a Grey interior are in stock. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to availability. Other colours and configurations are made to order in about four weeks. Confirm dispatch and the estimated arrival window for your address before committing to a project date.

Agree the route into your building

• Confirm the unloading location and receiving contact.
• Arrange internal handling, lift or dock bookings and any stairs or restricted access before delivery.
• Professional installation is optional; confirm its positioning, assembly and rubbish-removal scope on your quote. Stairs, crane lifts and electrical work are separate.

Prepare for arrival

Check the selected model’s packing dimensions and weight against the entire access route. Keep the receiving area clear and inspect the shipment on arrival. Record and report any damage promptly.

Information to send before delivery is booked

Provide the delivery address and postcode, receiving contact, building level and any loading-dock or lift booking requirements. Include doorway and lift dimensions, corridor turns, stairs and photos of restricted routes. Ask for packing dimensions and weights for the selected model.

If the site is not ready

Tell the team before the delivery is arranged if access, building permission or the final position is unresolved. Agree a revised plan instead of assuming the driver or installer can solve a restricted route on arrival. Keep the agreed scope with the order paperwork.

Email your model shortlist, postcode, floor plan and access photos to info@focuspod.com.au. Include your building level, lift and door dimensions, ceiling height and preferred timing. If you already have an enquiry, include the same name or order reference.
