Our team and our hire fleet are based at Molendinar, an hour from the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, so Brisbane bump-ins are routine for us. We bring the pod in flat-packed, assemble it in your stand or breakout area, test the lighting, ventilation and power, and come back at bump-out to pack it down.

Pods are used as private call booths, podcast and interview rooms, parents' rooms, VIP meeting rooms and quiet spaces on busy show floors. Each one plugs into a standard 240V outlet and needs no builder or trades.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Our hire fleet is limited and popular event weeks book out. Send your dates, venue and bump-in and bump-out times and we will confirm availability the same day.

Which pods can we hire?

Availability changes with the calendar. Our Meet (up to four people) is the most common event pod; we will tell you exactly what is free for your dates.

Can the venue take it?

Most can. The pod arrives flat-packed and goes through standard doors and goods lifts. Tell us about loading docks, lifts and access times and we plan around them.

Would buying be better?

For ongoing office use, usually yes. Every model is in stock and available to buy online with free delivery. For a one-off event, hire is simpler.
