No. FocusPod booths are fully freestanding — they don't attach to walls, ceilings or floors. No drilling, no construction, no council approval required. Most commercial leases don't require landlord approval for freestanding furniture, but check your specific lease if unsure.
Most single-booth installations are complete in under four hours. Our team handles delivery, assembly and connection — your staff can keep working throughout. We'll confirm access requirements and installation date before delivery.
Every FocusPod booth includes a 240V GPO power outlet, USB-A and USB-C charging ports, LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, a 60m³/h ventilation system, and acoustic-rated glass panels. Furniture (desk and seating) is available as an optional add-on.
Standard white booths are held in Australian stock and can typically be delivered and installed within the week. Custom colours have a longer lead time — contact us for current availability.
